Firstly, the LED chip is directly in close contact with the aluminum shell, and the heat is effectively exported by convection between the heat sink of the shell and the air, to ensure the life of the light source. Second, ultra-thin LED flood light has been put on the market for many years, and the appropriate amount of stability, so ultra-thin will become the trend of many LED product.
All materials will be checked by QC before production. Finishing assembling, all lamps will be lighting for 2-4 hours to test quality. When lamps cool down, we'll test them before packaging to see if the lamps could work well. Then after the lamps finish packaging, our QC will inspect some cartons before they enter the warehouse.
